- I am a positive and happy person who likes people. I'm the mother of two boys, ages 37&23. Married to a wonderful and supportive husband. Work part time at a jewelry store,volunteer and try to have as much fun as I can everyday. I've been over weight most of my life but enjoy exercise. Swimming is my passion. I was banded on 3/15/10----can't wait to learn how to use it.

I have not heard of it. Maybe the port is irritating the intestinal tract. Did you have diverticulitis before because it is weird to all of a sudden appear.
I've had tons of gas and diarrhea but usually only after I get stuck. Never a lot of pain except for gas pressing on my band. Hope you feel better soon.
